Bruce (Tsunghsien) Han is a versatile venture capital executive and entrepreneur with a multidisciplinary background in materials science and engineering, finance, and technology management. He specializes in venture investments in semiconductors, materials technologies, AI applications, and other deep tech sectors. Bruce is currently Vice President at ITIC, where he has facilitated and raised several multinational technology-based VC funds. He is also one of the fund partners of the Applied Ventures ITIC Innovation Fund.
Prior to entering the venture capital sector, Bruce gained extensive hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry, covering process modules/integration, quality control, customer satisfaction, and customer engineering. Beyond his venture capital expertise, he is a proven entrepreneur who cofounded NanoseeX, an ITRI spin-off, transforming a lab project into a deep-tech startup. He is also dedicated to nurturing Taiwan’s startup ecosystem through education, currently serving as an adjunct assistant professor in the entrepreneurship program at National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU), to help the next wave of entrepreneurs thrive.
